It doesn't seem like things are getting any better with this dealership. I purchased a new 2023 GMC Sierra ****** pickup and had it shipped. Per the salesman, they were "unable to locate" the second key fob when they prepped the truck for shipping, so they just sent it without and never bothered to tell me until I called to see if they had actually given it to the truck driver.Despite promises to make it right, Schumacher won't return phone calls or respond to emails and now three months later I still don't have the second key that should have come with this new vehicle.Review from Kevin R

bought my 2022 trail blazer in june 2022 with a service maintance aggrement I was told i can go to any schumacher to get my free oil changes so sense i live in Delray Beach I called to make a appointment at there Chrysler dealer. was told they dont take appointments they have a express lane so i go in and there im told they dont have oil filters for chevy and would order one and call me. 3 days later i call to see what the progress is and now im told there was never a work order made and still no oil change. 2 weeks later i decide to go to Nothlake Chevy where i purchased when i finally find someone in servce im then told 3 to 4 hours hows this a express lane? im not sitting in a dealer that took my money in good faith to service my auto. then after many contacts with there online chat and calling there Chrysler dealer back to see if they would just order me a filter so i can get this done. im told a service adviser would get in touch with me where is this service adivsor 5 days later and no call back. finally i went to Firestone had my oil changed because i was now down to 5% oil life i have yet to recieve anything from my service aggreement with them and i would like a refund as this added $40 a month to my payments.. i know Mr Schumaher will do the right thing because he always says come join the Schumacher Family Thanks ***** ******Schumacher Auto Group, Inc. Brought truck in Oct 5th for torque converter and its still sitting there today. They cannot get the part because of the strike. They wont give the car back unless I pay them around $2,000 to put it back together (unfixed). I never asked then to take it apart. *** tried everything to work with service manager *********************** but they say there hands are tied. He has not ************* my call. I have to drive to dealership to have any contact. Ive been renting an equivalent vehicle for $100 a day so thats approx $2,500 with no part in sight. Highly unethical company. Its a disgrace to the ********************************** family name. Very disappointing. Stay far away..Review from Aneil R

They charged me an absurd amount of money to fix and issue that my car was having. After my car has been at the dealership for longer than a week. I revived a call that the issue was fixed and everything was meeting standards. I was advised to pay my bill electronically and pick up my car later that day. After only two days of having the car in possession, all the previous issue were still there. I contacted the advisor that helped me and he stated that you can bring the car back in, but if there is still an issue you would have to pay for the additional parts and labor which seemed unfair because these are the same issues I was having that they supposedly fixed. So why do I have to pay and additional balance for that. I gave them an opportunity to resolve the issue. Now my car is currently at the dealership for almost two weeks. After trying to contact the advisor to get an update on my car, he has not answered or returned any of my calls.Review from Yan U

This place is just trying to make easy money by overpricing every single service. Even when they provide a "10%-20% discount" is safe to assume that you are paying double or triple for whatever any other decent places are going to charge you. Just an example, $270 for flushing the brake fluid! I love VW brand, bought 4 diff models over the last few years but if this is the local place that is behind the brand in this area, it's game over for me. Warning!!! They won't take responsibility for any damage under their watch, it's just mind-blowing the lack of basic integrity and respect for the customer. Long story short, they damaged one of my rims and tire, it had a big hole at the moment of picking it up after an oil change and replacing a speed sensor (probably bad luck, or using the services of this place has made me change every single speed sensor($580) more than once). After saying that "It did not happen here" and later "our cameras did not record anything" even with pictures showing paint from the rim on the tire that was previously washed. After a lot of back and forth, they replaced the tire with the note "I did not happen here!". Happy ending? far from it!!! Picking up the car again, now out of the blue the keyfob does not open or close the vehicle and the light engine is ON. You are right if you guess another round: "It did not happen, not our responsibility, the electrical component fails with age, you need to buy a new key". What a coincidence, all that happen to my car at once when they had my car. I just had enough, my wife had enough with them too a few years back. Probably my first 0-star review online, I hope this serves for others to call out the abuses of this place and the Schumacher family and/or ********** brand push for a change in this place for good.Schumacher Auto Group, Inc. Schumacher has had my Volvo in its auto body shop to fix the car after a minor accident. I dropped it off on May 3rd per our appointment made 2 months earlier. They still have my car and have not yet finished it. Astounding. The real tragedy, however, is the behavior of the Schumacher auto body staff negligent, rude, thoughtless, and on and on.Review from Sammy C

****************** and body shop ***** my truck has been sitting in the service department for 2 months for unrelated service repair due to careless ppl that work there who dont give a s*** about customers property Its a 2020 GMC Sierra *** They painted my drivers door and passenger fender The work they did is so s***** and the service manager said its ok to deliver to the customer They damaged both front mirrors Thanking a hit on a depreciating asset and they dont care no rental or compensation for loss of time form my truck being thereReview from Krystal P.

We purchased a car from *********************** this past December. Although the new software wasnt as efficient as the previous one, we were told that the software quality would improve as updates were released.Well not only have the updates failed to improve the safety and efficiency of our vehicle, they have actually made the car worse. We got in our car last night and it would not start, so we waited until midnight for a tow company that never showed. We had to Uber to a rental company and rent a car. This is the second time that we have had to do this. The last time was 30 days ago exactly. We have also had problems with the **************** assist, and many of the other features that are accredited to the vehicles safety. Plain and simple, while the vehicle is beautiful, it has proven to be unreliable. Its a lemon. We purchased this car knowing that we would grow as a family during our lease period. We wanted the safest car available, so we purchased a Volvo. Ironically, this has been the least safe car weve ever owned. Now, we are expecting our first child, while sharing a car that at any point can just stop working! We have called every number on the Volvo website and the feedback is inconclusive and unsettling. We would really like to resolve this without involving our lawyers, so we reached out to ****** and ***, the ** of sales. So far, no response. We can no longer drive this car, and we are willing to do what it takes for recompense for this falsely advertised lemon.Review from Thiago S

The worst dealer in the US. Bad after sale. I bought a new Yukon, it came with a broken part in the trunk and with the steering misaligned. As I live far from West Palm Beach, I asked the seller (I have a text message to prove it) about the steering misalignment and he said I could fix it at any GMC dealer. The dealer in my city said that this is not included in the warranty and I have to pay to fix the defect. And if I want to replace the broken part, I have to pay for that too. Another problem I had with this dealer was with the purchase paperworks. When you buy a new car, they force you (yes, they force you) to buy various extended warranty services. I spent approximately $6.5k for these warranties. If you buy all the extra warranty services, your interest rate will be 2.99%. If you don't buy, your interest rate will be 8%. My score is 790. The worst part is not paying for the extended warranty. The problem is you pay 6.5k for a service and you can't use it because they don't send you the paperworks I needed to use the warranty service I purchased and they don't send me the paperworks. It took approximately 4 months to send me the papers, and I had to pay for the service as I couldn't wait for the papers. They sent me the papers only after the help of the GMC that intervened in the case. In the end, you still have to pay for a very poorly ceramic application service that didn't last 4 months on my car. I definitely do not recommend this dealer.Review from Bernard F

The dealer can not produce the title for our car that is paid in full !!!
My husband and I bought a new 2022 Volvo XC60 vehicle from Schumacher Volvo West Palm Beach, on October 19, 2021.
We paid in full, cash, for the car.
We were told we would get our title in about 4 weeks.
It is now 4 months !
We called the dealer, on January 3, and after a long run around, we were told that our vehicle came from Weston Volvo, in Davie, FL and that Schumacher Volvo in West Palm Beach had not received the title from them !!!
On January 14, we called again and were told that Weston Volvo did not have the title (MSO ?) and that they would have to obtain it from the manufacture and then sent it to Schumacher and then Schumacher would start the process to get it to us...
Today, January 19, we called Schumacher Volvo again and did not follow up on that... they will call us later...
what are we to do ??? They sold us a car that they actually did not have a title to it.
