The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

We bought 2024 ******* **** from Braman Miami September of 2023. Since the purchase the car has had two major malfunctions that deemed it unsafe to drive. The second time the malfunction happened we brought the car to the dealer on January 10th. Since then, we have had no calls/emails teling us what is going on with the car. We have to chase the service center for the explanation. The car has been in service for 51 days. They gave us a courtesy vehicle - Huyndai Santa Fe, which is an inferior model to ******** However, we continue paying the price for ******** We contacted the ******* ******* Manufacturer and they promised to take on the case and help us find a resolution, since that call we have left 3 messages and ***** returns our call.When we purchased ******* we were promised a Consierge level service. We have had NO customer service whatsover. Because of the continuous malfunctions, the lack of ***************** communication and explanation of what is going on with my vehicle, from both Braman Miami and ******* ******** I, as a mother of two, do not find that the ******* ** 70 is safe to drive, I do not find ******* ******* or Braman Miami transparent or trustworthy businesses to deal with. I seek a resolution and the only one here is that the Braman Miami or ******* buy the car back from us and compensate the money we paid for the 51 days (to date) that the cas has been in services.

Subject: ******************** and Quality of Work at Braman BMW, Miami on our 2013 328ic I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and quality of work provided by Braman BMW in Miami. We purchased a 2013 *** 328i with ****** miles on it in 2021 and have since spent over $20,000 on service work at your dealership. This equates to a vehicle operating cost of about $1,000 per mile, which is exorbitant.Recently, we experienced issues with the passenger seatbelt and air conditioning, both of which were repaired by Braman less than two years ago. Upon taking the vehicle in for service, we were informed that the seatbelt mechanism was locked again and would cost $1,700 to fix, and we needed another air compressor, which would cost $3,500.Our extended warranty company, Maxcare, refused to cover these costs as they said we only had about $1,600 left on the coverage limit of the warranty, a limit of which we were previously unaware. Despite this, we asked Braman to repair the seatbelt due to safety concerns and decided to address the air conditioner issue later.After the warranty company agreed to pay for the seatbelt, Braman informed us that we would be responsible for a $350 diagnostic fee since we were not having all of the recommended work done. Even after requesting to speak to a manager, the fee was not waived.Over the last three years, we have paid Braman in excess of $20,000 for repairs, and the quality of work has been subpar, with issues recurring after short periods. The customer service has been abhorrent, and the refusal to waive the diagnostic fee was the final straw.Given these circumstances, I doubt we will ever purchase a *** again, and we will certainly never deal with Braman BMW Sales or Service again. We expected a higher standard of service and work quality from a reputed brand like ***.
