I'm a manager in ************, ******** and I work for Massage Green **** I find it very disturbing how people lie so easily to intentionally hurt another business, because they couldn't get their way or couldn't comprehend the store policies. Considering the fact there are competition I have no reason to lie. Clients get angry because they fail to read the policies before they sign up for a membership. The membership is intended for you to receive a massage once a month at an discounted rate. Members are failing to schedule once a month and they begin to accumulate months to even years sometimes worth of pre paid's, then become upset when the spa can't provide the services within in a short time span. When members try to redeem numerous amount of massages within the month because their behind, their putting the company into the negative. Why? because if the company is only collecting $75 once a month for 1 massage and a member who wants to schedule 4 massages from old pre paid's, their putting the spa in the hole for $225. Their making the whole system become un balanced when they do that. The business will not be able to grow, because they will have to pay for the member with the numerous amount of pre paid's from the actual new clients or non members money. If the company is not bringing in the same amount of money from the previous year, they will be forced to close down. If you don't have the flexibility to come in once a month, do not sign up for a membership and remain a non member. The membership clearly states all un used pre paids will be null and void once cancelled. They have agreed to pay once a month and receive 1 massage once a month. If a member wants more than one massage once a month, they would pay the day of out of pocket. That will eliminate all of your complaints, if you just do as what the membership is intended for. They can also freeze while their not coming in for 90 days. The membership is not a scam, they just have poor comprehension.
