              I would like to make a complaint against the insurance business for not being able to handle business professionally. I have been calling all morning for two hours to change vehicles and I have only been hung up on all morning for at least two hours.. Every customer service when answering the phone has hung up. I am really sad and frustrated with this situation all I would like to do is to file a complaint against this establishment.

              These people have an employee called *********************** who filed my papers and made a mistake in the name, after I went to correct her mistake the price supposedly went up just because a letter that she changed. Besides I called the office and after they listened to me they will hang up the phone. These people are ignoring me and I will call the ** channels on them because they had also withdrew money from my account twice in a month. DO NOT GO TO THESE PLACES, THEY HAVE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! REAL BAD BUSINESS
