I had **** as my Licensed Insurance Agent and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. The amount of patience, thoroughness, ****** and professionalism that she showed was way beyond my expectations. She went through multiple insurance tiers with me and found the one that I could actually use after I failed to mention that I did not meet the requirements for the other plans ??. She was so personable and put a smile on my face. I hope that she interacts only with customs who are kind and I wish her all the success in her future endeavors.Review from Tammy F

I am a physician, and somehow they obtained my private number I use to speak with patients. I therefore am obligated to answer calls since they may be from my patients. Fiorella Insurance has been robo-calling and texting me 4-5 times a day, including calls at 6:50 am and 9:30 pm. I have asked politely NUMEROUS times to be taken off their calling list, as well as responding STOP to their incessant texting. I finally called their main office number yesterday and spoke to **** who was very polite and told me he would remove me from their calling list. But at 8am this morning, the calls started coming again. This is harassment from a company I never contacted nor gave my permission to contact me.

These people never, ever, ever stop calling. Even after you block their calls...they call again on different numbers. 8:05 AM on the dot, first thing in the morning. They never, ever stop!!! I never contacted them!!! They spam and spam and call and call@Review from Donna S

I started with ******************************* two years ago. The young man was FABULOUS! Knowledgeable, professional and patient. He received a well deserved promotion and he handed my account off to a delightful young lady named *******************. Again, knowledgeable, professional and patient. I see a promotion in her future! Bottom line, whomever you get to assist you at Fiorella Insurance, you are in the BEST hands!
