While panels or shutters do not need to be installed or "up" at the time of the inspection, they must be on premises and any required permanent attachments (such as tracks, mounting brackets, anchor bolts, etc.) need to be installed to obtain credit.", but did not lift the insulation to view the hurricane straps as they indicate that would be the homeowner responsibility. The wind mitigation report submitted to USAA was incomplete.I asked for a refund as I still need to submit a completed report to USAA and customer service stated that was not their issue. A supervisor was not available and no recourse given
