If I could give this company as a whole a zero star rating I absolutely would. I have not attended since late last year after being hate-crimed by staff. I told them to cancel my membership as I would not be returning and was told "okay, we will wave your cancellation fee". I left and a month later was charged for another month. I called to ensure my membership was cancelled since their website is made up of shady glitches and wrong information on every page and to my surprise it was in fact not cancelled. told them to cancel it, received a cancellation confirmation email and STILL got charged for the next month(by then my membership even if it was a yearly subscription would have been over. Called another time and was hung up on after telling them what was happening. Finally, I had gone to the bank to dispute the charges and just get a new card because what else was I meant to do? All was fine and dandy until today when I got a letter FROM A DEBT COLLECTION OFFICE?! called them to have it disputed and the lady on the line told me there's nothing she can do. I figured I would give their corporate office a call because no effing way am I going to pay a homophobic shady gym almost 200 dollars.
