Received a shipment that was short one item. Called customer service who informed me that I was wrong that they had the invoice to prove it. When i originally got an estimate on the order there was two B12 and then they sent me a 20% off coupon but only sent me one B12. I got no satisfaction from the customer service person. I am a massage therapist, and I tried to order some oils for my practice. I received a purchase confirmation and a couple days later, a shipping confirmation. I was supposed to receive my items on Monday, however I am aware that there can be shipping delays. Today is Thursday and I decided to look up the tracking to see why I haven't received my package yet. They erased the transaction from my account and it I am no longer able to check the tracking or have any interaction with my account regarding my purchase. I checked my credit card statement and although they erased my order, they kept the money. I tried twice to open a chat on their website and both times, the chat was ended before any interaction was made. So not only did they cancel my order and keep the money, but they won't even communicate with me about it. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and will never be ordering from this business again. I do not order from companies that try to steal from me.Review from Natalie A

I am a loyal customer. Vitacost has a wide assortment of products I enjoy (and like to try out). Many specials encourage me to shop regularly. Pricing is comparable to or better than what I can find locally. I did try Thrive Market this past year and I do not recommend (VERY difficult to cancel membership; most products offered were either junk health food or full of unpleasant chemicals).Review from leila r

Vitacost needs to either stop shipping to PO Boxes or wise up and use USPS instead of FedEx. It is horrible customer service to use FedEx for an order going to a Post office. Shipping takes forever and Vitacost won't do anything about it. As of 10/9/23 I have been waiting on an order that I placed on 9/22/23. Yes, almost 2 1/2 weeks to ship from KY to OK. My order came in three boxes and all three boxes arrived at the same time. The glass jars were wrapped in sturdy plastic 'cylinders' which prevented breakage of the glass and the plastic lids. The confirmation order stated my products would arrive in 3 to 5 days and they were received inside of three days. Vitacost is a great company to do business with and is highly recommended.
