11/22 I Sold my Ruger 1022 Halo edition rifle with a scope to an NC buyer with no issues. I recommend Guns America for buying or selling firearms, accessories, and ammo. The Listing process was flawless.Review from Michael R

Site should be shut down immediately! Why? Because it does not protect bonafide customers from fraudulent sellers or scammers. When transactions occur over the internet and payment is solicited using the US Mail, then fraudulent transactions constitute wire fraud, which is a federal crime. How do I know this? Because I was scammed by a fraudulent seller on GunsAmerica last week out of $1040.00, and AFTER I contacted GunsAmerica's customer service, all I got from them was a warning to not contact the seller because the account was fraudulent - note that this was AFTER I contacted them to let them know that I had paid for the listed item but had not received delivery. Nothing further from the website or their customer service. Note that this review would not be accessible were it not to have received a single star, which I am loathe to hand out for the dismal failure.Review from Shelly V

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE! They offer not protection to buyers at all! It's buyer beware, so if you get scammed by someone, too bad.I repeat! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GUNS AMERICA!Review from Steve L

This web-sit is not a very good site. be very careful when buying anything from this site. if you do buy something from Guns America site and pay for it but do not get what you ordered. good luck trying to get a hold of anyone to help you!! Run -Run fast from this web-site. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. Guns america are a bunch of Frauds. should be shut down!!Review from NANCY L

They have charged me for things that weren't sold and I've asked them to call and check with the customer. I sent them a check to cover the amount I think is due and the envelope was returned as Return to Sender Not Deliverable as Addressed Unable to Forward. I will send the check again to the address you've listed and hope it doesn't also get returned. Hope this works. A **** had emailed me and haven't heard a thing back from him in a long time. Site is messed up I cant log in no matter what. When I click forgot password their automated system sends me a password that doesnt work which happens to be my actuall password and user name. Ive sent them messages and they dont respond. It's just a site with a cheap computer program running it and nobody is there to help with the things wrong with their site. I did nothing wrong. Just remember after all the fees they charge you and after you create a listing when you log out or turn off your phone you're done. You wont be able to log back in and check your messages or anything and dont waste your time trying to contact them. Oh the part that takes you money works perfectly but the rest is a ****Review from Michael S

I was a seller on GunsAmerica, and found that their lack of customer support was unacceptable. I got no help in setting up my Pay with CC information. Then, when I made my first sale, where the buyer had entered their CC for purchase, I was unable to complete the transaction in GunsAmerica. I opened several contact forms to state my issue and request immediate assistance. I got no response. My only option was to cancel the order to ensure the buyer's CC info for purchase didn't remain pending in GunsAmerica. I lost the sale. I then requested my fee to GunsAmerica for the transaction, which I had paid, to be refunded. I did not receive a refund.Review from Nathan S

they make you pay for things that aren't there
they will take your money and tell you its just this one time
you have to message customer service to delete your account and credit card
they wont even delete your account and just tell you they wont charge you anymore......
