      CAN I GIVE ZERO STARS? Miami store delivered my incomplete patio set order after promising they had all items in stock. I feel like they did a bait and switch... my sales person did not get back to me... after a few days they said i can complete my order by driving to another store and picking it up myself ( a heavy couch)... LOL What a complete JOKE. Buying furniture should be fun. BUYER BEWARE... very stressful dealing with this company. There is NO customer service.... ZERO!

      The company are all liars and crooks. I placed order on 6/24 and its been 2 months and they all lied with about 20 phone calls they would refund or furnace the broken upon delivery and yet holding on to my ****. I will write negative reviews all over until they give my money back. The corporatd hq customer service team is not doing their job forcing me to pay 45% restock fee of damaged items.

      worst customer service experience. They attempted to deliver my item outside the scheduled time window. since then, I attempted to reach out to them to reschedule the delivery several times but nothing happened. I kept receiving promises from them about calling me back to resolve the issue and it has been 10 days now and I received nothing. I asked them to refund me the money and they did not respond.

      Lies ontop of lies is what this company serves.I don't mind people being untruthful because they are ill-informed on the subject and are trying to save face, but it goes a long way when you lie about delivery dates.We had purchased and confirmed delivery dates with Modani a Friday before the next week (Wednesday) delivery date. Wednesday comes around, I take the day off, have my condominium reserve and approve the service elevator, and low and behold, nothing. I contact the store again - who gives me the spin like four times.First, they mention they'll call me back in 2-3 minutes to figure out whats going on.Ten minutes pass by, nothing. I call back, the manager picks up and informs me that an email for confirmation of delivery never went out to begin with. The sales person tries to play this off as if the trucks were full from the very beginning, not knowing that his manager just told me the email never went out. I ask "What happened to Wednesday?""What about Wednesday?"Please do not treat me like an idiot.I understand mistakes happen. But doing business by lying to your customers, hoping to save face, is not the way to go. Instead of perhaps compensating, or trying to compromise with me, as I took a full day off, reserved the elevator, doing my part, they ********** the blame on the non-existent "back office."Thank you to *** and ***** for "resolving" this issue by just placing the delivery a further week from now. Let's see if that one even arrives.

      I purchased a Giovani Sofa in August 2022. Though it had a little bit pricy tag the sofa has a very good quality and style that suffice my deal.The delivery was made as scheduled but unfortunately one of three pieces set was badly damaged and had to be replaced. I contacted a customer service rep via text and the rep arranged the delivery for the replacement but told me that it would take two months due to the stock being manufactured in ***********. They offered me to get partial/full refund for the return of stock but I declined because I did not want to spend the more time in shopping again and wait for a few more months for new delivery anyway. Four months passed then but still not received the replacement.they told me that it takes two more months with ETA in January 2023 which I am sure it will be delayed again without providing reason. I asked the rep about the actual status of my order whether it is still being manufactured or in transit but the rep never provided an explicit information but telling that the order is "the *****" with ETA, delay by the manufacture, or supply chain issue, throwing their responsibility to others. The manufacturer is also your company and should be managed to fulfill the order as promised. The rep and the system does not give help at all but frustrations and wait in vain. This is an unfortunate company that their products has really good style and taste of Modani but the quality of service by staff and its system are Outdated which devalue the company and its reputation. I highly do not recommend this company.

      I purchased the Bloom sofa and it arrived and it is gorgeous. However, one of the corner pieces was missing a foot. I followed protocol and had a customer service ticket opened almost immediately (definitely within the 1 week period). After speaking with a rep I learned that they would have to replace the whole corner piece instead of just sending a foot to screw in. This was back in January or early Feb. I can't remember There is also a text message chain between me and customer service. For a while we heard nothing, and then the big freeze happened in Texas. I followed up with them and they had closed out our service request without it even being fixed!!! They admitted this was a mistake on their end, and would follow up with us. Come March I learned I would be moving to Austin (Where they do not have a store) and notified them immediately and gave them about a months timing to get this done... no response. I followed up again via text to customer service, once again giving them a warning that my move is coming very soon. Now I am in Austin, my corner piece is still missing a foot and wobbly. This is extremely unprofessional. This issues follow another issue my fiancé had with the bed we also ordered from Modani that was only fixed after posting a BBB review. The in-store team is great, but anything that needs to be done post delivery, you're on your own and terrible customer service. Sadly, I dont believe we will ever use them again, which is sad bc they have great furniture.
