            I placed a order for a bar counter top on 5/19/2021. The person I spoke with keep calling me trying to get me to pay $1500 for something and he didn't even know the measurements I needed. He took my $750 and I asked him will I have the bar by June 6 he said yes absolutely. Once I gave him my money he never gave me a update or anything. When I asked him about it he didn't write me until I wrote him again who've was hours later. Then he said that it would be ready next week no date or anything. So I ask for a date and he tells me that it's a holiday so they not going to be in the office. He was rude telling me he had nothing to do with ups he don't care I'm not getting a refund. This is why I kept asking before I sent my money now I don't know what's going on with my bar.

            My husband hires this company in November to customs a few chairs and table, we are now in June the job has yet to be completed, he refuse to either give a refund because he was fully paid, or complete the job
