              I just found out about a brain tumor that the hospital failed to tell me and now I am receiving mailings about creation. I am devastated with the results not told to me as I am still waiting for the records to be transferred to the *********** for further review. And, to get this mailed to me specifically (not to the household or current resident) is DISTURBING. I don't know anything about this tumor and this is frustrating in itself.

              I wish I could give then zero stars. This company took advantage of an elderly man. He passes away before he could finish paying for there ridiculous plan for cremation. He still owed $1800 No service and just am urn, thank you notes, and a flag. Cost over 3 thousand dollars. Patient paid $1300. Family picked a cheaper option $749 for everything. National cremation will not refund the money or release it to the other funeral home. Horrible customer **********************. I do not believe this is legal.
