Horrible! Stay away! This company has a special galant to ruin the party! No show! No customer service! Dirty rentals! No manager!We were celebrating our daughters fifth birthday party. The first big party for her. I made a small order of some tablecloth and concession machines. I paid everything on time. I was following up with the company about the delivery and never would receive an answer. They just told me to wait ***** hrs. No one confirmed the delivery 24 hrs. They reached out at 6:18pl the night before the event to confirm that they will arrive by 12pm when the event starts at 11am. They mixed up my time and asked me to pay their mistake. Ok whatever I paid for them to accommodate my event time. Delivery has been confirmed 7:30-10:30. No one showed up. Ive been calling a million times and they lied that delivery is on time. Delivery guy showed up at 11:30am. 30 mins after the party start with the tablecloth. No greeting, no apologies, just drop it and left, did not event confirm if everything was ok. Of course we had to postpone the party to finish the table decor. When we open the package with the tablecloth, it was all moldy and dirty with candies. So disgusting!Weve been waiting on a delivery guy to come back with the concession machines but he just left. So they are the first to charge you but never provide a service. I request to talk to a manager but there is a special process you have to go through to talk to their golden manager. They are saying that its too late on Sunday night when Ive waiting for them since 7:30am By the way no one showed up to pick up their junk as well. Now I have to figure out how they can pick it up so they dont charge their other fees. Now I have to deal with this nasty company another day.Anyways PLEASE STAY AWAY!I

STAY AWAY!!!!First of all they charged $50 for accommodating my time it is not on the contract. I told them several times that I rented the venue and my party time. Also ordered table clothes and it was so dirty and had mold. The crazies part they never showed up to the party!!! *** tried to reach out to the company to solve the situation but they keep telling me that I can only email the manager and overall ignoring me. The other thing they never showed up to pick up their table clothes and keep calling me or texting me when Im at work or out to come and pick it up at their own convenience. Terrible experience!!!!FIND SOME OTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR NEEDS!!!!

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND! The initial customer service comes across as pleasant until an issue is posed. I recently received party services from Kids Fairyland Party Rental. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with the equipment provided. Upon delivery, I noticed flaws in some of the items, particularly one of the generators and the cotton candy machine. However, the most concerning issue was with the bounce house.The bounce house was delivered with noticeable holes that had been patched with duct tape. During the delivery, I inquired with the delivery personnel whether this would pose any problems, and I was assured that it wouldn't be an issue. Regrettably, the bounce house deflated constantly while children were playing inside, which not only made the experience unsatisfactory, but also posed a safety hazard to the children.After the first deflation incident, we allowed the company to come and attempt to rectify the issue. However, the bounce house deflated again shortly after their departure. After the first deflation it took the crew about 45 minutes to arrive and fix the issue. The second time it took them about an hour to arrive, which at that point the party was over 30 mins after. This issue significantly affected the enjoyment of the bounce house service, since there was no time for the children to enjoy it (approx. 40 out of 4 hours). I formally requested a full refund for the 4-in-1 bounce house rental, attached images illustrating the condition of the bounce house, and images of the phone calls and text messages to the company. After going back and forth via email for about 3 days the company provided me with a 50% refund for the product stating based on the contract they couldnt provide me with a full refund for wear and tear, which wear and tear was never the complaint and is completely different from nonfunctional. Please stay far away from this company, and again I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND, dont get fooled!

We genuinely apologize for the issues you encountered with our equipment during your event. We understand how frustrating it must have been. As you mentioned, we did make two attempts to address the problems you faced. We recognize the error in the equipment, especially with the bounce house, and that's why we provided you with a 50% refund, considering that the item was delivered and used during your event.

Do not rent from them!! They care less about the service and more about the $$$Spent over $700 on services, the bounce house was torn with holes and in replacement they gave me one that had muddy water seeping up from the inside. Both unusable. The backdrop was dirty and had holes. All of which they tried to fix by giving us a free $86 cotton candy maker of which we did not ask for being that we have our own at home. Spent over $700 in total to have TERRIBLE service and they say theres nothing they can do to rectify. They clearly only care about the $$. Take your money and business somewhere else!!!
