    this happened around 06/17/2023. my ignition switch locked up and i could not remove the key. i had to have it towed to my mechanic and the ignition switch had to be replaced. i talked to ************************* at ******************** or key vehicle resources i am not sure wich company they are. he told me that the ignition switch was covered and to send him a copy of the paid invoice which i did to his e-mail on june 23rd 2023. i havent heard back about if he recieved it or not or if they are going to pay it.i tried to contact **** on july 3rd 2023 and left a message. he told me over the phone that his service contract people said the switch was covered. this sint the first time this has happened to me with this company, in oct of 2021 my motore seized up and they refused to pay but after filing a complaint against them they finally paid after i had already made arrangements with my mechanic for a motor from a wrecked vehicle be put in my car. i recieved the short end of the stick because at the very least i should have had a remanufactured motor . everytime i have an issue they refuse it

    Worst experience I've had with extended warranties. I took my vehicle to a repair facility months after purchasing the warranty. Repair facility told me that the repair claim had been declined due to pre-existing conditions. When I had purchased the warranty there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and i had previously taken it to another repair facility to make sure that the vehicle was in good working conditions. When i called to see about why the claim was declined they said that ******************** were the ones that made that decision. **************** was helpful enough to try to help resolve my issue. They even told me to send them more documentation about the repairs and services that had been done on my vehicle to see if they could do something about getting my fixed. After two months of going back and forth, ******************** still declined my repairs and Key Vehicle Resources was still collecting the monthly payment even tho the car was at the repair facility and they knew that the claim had been declined. Not once did they call me to let me know what ******************** had said about the claim or about the decision they had made. When I asked about getting a refund, they said they weren't able to do anything about it since it was a month to month plan. If ******************** claimed that my vehicle had pre-existing conditions why didn't Key vehicle resources cancel the plan, seeing how they weren't going to cover any of my repairs.

Can you please get me a phone number associated with this contract or a contract number so we can locate the file to see what has happened with this contract or to see if they are a client of Key Vehicle Resources.

The results of this investigation indicate that the claim was adjudicated correctly according to specific terms and exclusions of the Vehicle Service Contract.
