My son **** passed away on October 1, 2019 due to a tragic accident at work. A year later on his anniversary date, I wanted to do something special. I ordered butterflies from the website of Mr. Butterflies. I was impressed that I could put my son's picture on the envelopes that held the butterflies at no extra charge. When it came closer to delivery time, I did call and talk to an associate at Mr. Butterflies. I verified how to care and where to place the container in the refrigerator until I was actually going to use the butterflies. I followed her instructions. I am glad I did. When the time came to open up the envelopes to release the butterflies, it was a beautiful moment. Later that day, I also took envelopes with butterflies still inside to my son's house to let his children also release the butterflies in memory of their dad. I am so pleased with my experience that I would highly recommend Mr. Butterflies.Review from Kelly and Lacey P

We purchased 24 monarch butterflies through their website using PayPal on July 7th. Never received any confirmation, so we text the number provided and they confirmed it looks good. So today we call three days before our baby boys memorial, since we never heard back through text and we're told they have no orders for us? The lady said she must have looked at someone's last name that was the same as ours. I stated well that's unprofessional, seeing as how I had given this lady my full name. Then she accused me of name calling. I then said I did not name call, I am just stating a fact that this was unprofessional to not look up a name and just tell someone it's good on their end. I started crying of course, this is the one thing we could do for our son and now we're last minute scrambling. She then offered for us to reorder with them, but after that incident and accusing me of name calling, we felt it was best to stay away form a business that handles errors in such a negative manner. I would not recommend to anyone that is wanting to do something special for their loved one.

Yes, an error was made as someone with the same unusual last name placed an order on the same day. When I checked on the order, I mistook the other order for this person's order. When the mistake was discovered, it was fixable, but the customer was too distraught. She has my deepest sympathy.
