My son wanted to Homeschool so I looked into what was needed. I didn't feel comfortable teaching the state required courses so I found Time4Learning to do that portion. I also signed my son up for the Spanish course at an additional expense outside of the reoccurring charge. After 3 weeks of taking the classes, my son complained about how the access was not as described. There are no video instructors to help students, you cant open the Spanish/Civics/Science courses unless you close the current window quickly because the system glitches (apparently a known issue since its listed in the FAQs), there are clear mistakes that cause the students to get an incorrect answer when the answer the student provided is obviously correct, parents DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to view students class work for Math and Language Arts....to refrain from wasting any more of my time or my sons time, I cancelled the membership. He enjoyed the Spanish course so I kept that and only cancelled the 4 state required courses. He attempted to continue with the Spanish course but was locked out. I contacted Time4Learning and they informed me that by canceling the membership, he can no longer take the Spanish course although its on a different website. I requested a refund since he had only taken 3 weeks and was paid until December 2021. They informed me that they could not provide me with a refund. They said my only option was to reinstate the membership and continue to pay for the courses he wasn't using just so he could take the Spanish courses. If they were a good company, they would have allowed him to continue taking the Spanish courses since those were clearly through an entirely different platform and the course was already paid for. Because they never corrected the incorrect Lang Arts question, Never assisted my son with question help, PLUS forced me to lose money and gave me no other alternative outside of paying them more money, they deserve ZERO stars. They are not here for the kids; they only want your money. Fair Warning-Do Not Fall For This ****.
