Hello, A contract was signed with ****** ********* on October 31, 2019, with the homeowner ***** ***** at the address **** NW 6th Avenue, Pompano Beach Florida XXXXX and to date the work is still not completed. ****** ******** has not been to the homeowner's residence since April 2021. There was a fire in June of 2019 and to date the issue is still not resolved. The homeowners are elderly couple in their eighties and at this point ****** ******** is taking disadvantage of the homeowner and his behavior towards the job is unacceptable as well as unscrupulous. The contract as well as three of the four checks that was received by Mr. ****** is attached. ****** ******** also received cash from the homeowners in the amount of over $5000 because he couldn't wait for the bank to release the check because the workers needed money for Christmas. Platinum Public Adjusters wrote a check in the amount of $16350 directly to ****** ********* that was to be used to complete the contract and to replace windows. The contract is for $54,500 but ****** ******** has collected more than that amount and the work is still pending. There are damages that were done by the workers including the broken cabinets, the tore up wall and floor. There is also waste as seen in the pictures with the over purchase of insulation that was thrown outside. There is also a broken window. The homeowners have made multiple attempts to get Farzan to complete the job but to no avail. The homeowner's request is that ****** ******** complete the contract and replace the windows as he was fully paid. The homeowners are requesting the job to be completed before the end of the year. Multiply attempts have been made to reach Reliable Construction Group via email and phone but to no avail. I have attached pictures of all the damages that were done by the workers including roof, floor cabinets and windows.
