Had a title loans 2 years ago and paid it off. Recently went to sell the truck and the title has not been released. Called several times and the same answer it has been done that was over three weeks ago and still not released the title. At my **** end!! Would never do business with them again.Review from Patsy J

Biggest bunch of **** sharks ever ! Do not even consider doing business with them, they will make your life miserable ! They will not even respond to the bbb, cfpb, or any complaints. Seems like they are trying to hide something. My loan was paid early, but after several calls to 20 different people, still can't tell me why the account hasn't been closed. Not getting a red cent from me, I am done .Review from James T

I did a rapid Auto loan in February 2019. I paid the loan in full April 2020. They still have not released my title yet. I have called every single day and get nothing but lies from the customer service department. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and also filled a report.Review from Janice L

I called today ..I have taken 3 loans out with them over the past few years in the same vehicle..Been late a few times in the past but always called for extension and always paid...The car I have the loan on blew up a few weeks ago...I called today 3 days past my due date to try to explain to them that the car has lots of damage and is in the shop . .I needed an extension this month due to 300 dollars in tow bills...I got a person from collections first..He made me feel like a criminal...Said there were no extensions anymore...We talked for a few minutes and the line went dead...I called back and spoke to another young that was nice and tried to help me all she could ...I got to pay a late fee which I understand..But now 50 **** for more or getting the extra time so they don't repossess the car .Review from Douglas

They just send message after message. You opt out and they still send messages. They are using a number spoofer and an auto dialer. I will be suing them and already contacted the attorney general. The numbers are bogus. The person they are looking for doesn't have my phone number. They refuse to stop sending message after message. Also reported to the FTC. Whoever ***** is *****.Review from Amber E

Usually I have good customer service but today I did not. Got hung up on twice by an agent named ****. When I ask him to speak to the manager ***** he sad he's not available both times I called and proceeds to tell me he's been there than longer than any agent and if anyone can help me he can. I proceed to tell him in a calm but sturdy voice that I want to speak to someone else he hangs up on me. So rude and shouldn't be working in customer service. I will find a way to speak to ***** the manager. Worst experience I've had. Very disappointed.
