Contract: 9/7/22 Start: 3/27/23 End: 10/17/23. 209 days, 30 weeks, to complete job. Estimate was 3-4 weeks. Time frame of 4 wks was agreeable, as I was recovering from surgery, lung cancer.Problems from skills, design, & communication. Examples:* Change project manager, b4 job start, had to ask Allied for appt w/ new person who then quit mid-job. Another manager.* shower stall, 6 tiles. 19 tiles installed, 13 removed b/c of mistakes. Amateurish.* plastic protection & assured that porcelain tile cut would be outside, but was done inside. HUGE dust/lung problem. * vanity ordered by designer so deep drawers unable to open w/out closing bathroom door & moving to one side to leave room for drawer to open * no backing installed for 1 safety grab bar * 2nd safety grab bar where glass shower door would have smashed into it, therefore not installed * b/c of vanity error, new room door had to be ordered & reverse hung (New door not required if vanity was correct.)* many installation errors - ********, tiles, location of wall cupboard, height of vanity from floor, backsplash, etc * shower installers well versed in ******** installation! Those who installed mine told me they attended ******** installation class after installing mine. Some parts had to be redone.* paid 36" wallbar, 28" was required. No replacement part ordered. Instead refashioned it to 28 inches. No credit + Damages/extra costs: front door, weather stripping, threshold, TV, wall plug, paint, extra CAC maintenance, etc.+ Letters of Complaint from condominium Board re: damages to catwalk & dirty work site. + Out of pocket expenses: Draino (equip cleaned on site), extra AC maint $774.50, hepa $618.43, sheets/towels/clothes (no access to laundry or bedroom), increased elec bill for Allied hepa, never a filter change.10/2/23 sales manager ******* in my home said "on my children's lives" we are not asking for more $. Invoice for $3550. I request no further payment owing, zero balance please.
