I spent $152.38 on a ***** ******** underwater hull scraper. I am a sucker for new gadgets. Satpro.tv was late on the order so I called. They said it was running late and would be there in the next few days. It's been a week and no scubbis. They won't answer my calls or emails. Don't you love to be *******, ****.Review from Fohengr H

I placed an order almost 2 months ago and paid for expedited shipping. My credit card was hacked into that same evening. When I did not receive my items in a month I was told I would be refunded my shipping via check since I no longer had that credit card. One month later no check and now I can NO longer sign into my account to check my order status or even change my password. I ended up calling my credit card company since the BBB is not able to get refunds back for and they said to call my credit card which I did and it worked. Buyer Beware!Review from Kerry D

I ordered a Wineguard SK-SWM3 RV roof mounted satellite dish priced at $1765.99 including shipping, on 8/10/21. Received a confirmation email with an estimated ETA of 5-6 days. After 7 days I called and talked to someone named ***** He told me there was a 2 week delay at the manufacturer. I tried calling again after 2 weeks, and no one answers. I emailed and got quick responses about each new delay. Then he stopped responding to my update inquiries. So I called the manufacturer myself only to find out they weren't making that particular item anymore. I've emailed again to have my credit card credited because no one will answer the phone. They have not responded. I was cordial with every delay notice and I have the emails to prove it.
