            An impact sliding glass door was installed in our condo. The work was completed september 10th with an inspection performed by the city on October 1'st. Upon arriving at our seasonal condo at the end of November we realized the door was installed incorrectly. The orientation of the sliding door was backwards. It should have slid right to left and instead slid left to right. On top of this several floor tiles were cracked around where the work was performed. This was unfortunate as the tile is diffiuclt to match or replace. On top of all this, the slider does not seal properly. When the wind is blowing there is a howl from the door with air coming through the opening. This was brought to the installing companies attention, within two separate trips to the residence, they were unable to repair the issue. Finally to our shock, we were told they would not be returning to resolve the underlying problem at hand. We now are in the process of replacing the door with another company
