      I would like to hear both sides of the story. You could find nothing positive about any of Trumps competitors and nothing negative about *****. Is NEWSMAX+ A MEMBER OF THE ***** Re-Election Team? Sure seems like it. Thinking about going back to FOX.As for reading the "Customer Review Submission Terms", I can't find it. But

      For months I have emailed Newsmax about having to log in with my credentials nearly every time I open the app. They keep telling me theyre working on it but theres no improvement. This is such an inconvenience my wife has almost stopped watching them and Im pretty close to closing my account and using another company. This is just a log in problem, if their IT staff cant figure it out they either arent trying or theyre incompetent

      I have no idea how my email address got added to this awful organization's distribution list! These people are the WORST. They don't even know how to format an interesting-looking email, so even if I could get through the falsehoods, biases, and narrow-minded bigotry, I'd have a hard time staying focused on the "meat" of hatred and lies....Well, I've "UNSUBSCRIBED" several dozen times now, both through their "link" and through my "gmail" filter - and it doesn't work! They keep emailing me. This behavior should have some criminal consequences. Unsolicited propaganda is what it is. Shut this business down. They have no business calling themselves anything with "news" in the name.Hideous creatures; wish I could give them a negative star review.

      I have to sign in whenever I want to watch newsmax, on a TV that's not so easy. I also messaged Newsmax explaining what my problem was and never even replied back to me. With an app that ***** as bad as their customer service I just can't see staying with newsmax I'll stay with Foxnews.

      Up until one week ago, the Newsmax Plus was working on my Firestick. After that, the app on my TV started logging me out and I have to keep logging back in. I spoke with tech support this morning and was told that the techs are aware of the issue but could not provide an answer on when the issue will be resolved. I do not have this issue with any other streaming service or app on any of my Firesticks. The tech could not provide an answer as to when this "bug/issue" will be resolved. I also uninstalled the Newsmax app and reinstalled the app and I got the same issue. I will be switching over to ******** News in the next few days and canceling my Newsmax Plus account if the issue is not resolved. Life is too short to deal with such a simple act as using an app on Firestick.

      I feel cheated. I signed up for Newsmax for a year. Immediately the channel would not go on the tv. I called repeatedly, and reps would apologize and correct the problem. But the problem worsened until it was very time consuming and annoying to put on the channel. There came a time when it was impossible. I called on January 28, ****. There were "no" representatives & could not leave a message. The following day I called and spoke to an obnoxiously disrespectful agent. Before I had a chance to discuss the problem my service was discontinued and I wasn't *********** a repayment of the balance of my annual fee. So the company did not provide the service and then cheated me out of the balance of my charge.I called and sent a customer complaint to no avail. I can understand technical problems, but my being handled by the single worst representative I have ever dealt with in my life followed by no further contact with the company is unacceptable. I seriously doubt the integrity of Newsmax.Newsmax was in breach of contract with me. It continually provided poor service, and often no service at all. I am very suspicious of Newsmax and believe they took advantage of me because I am elderly.

      I am being charged for a service that I know nothing about and have tried to contact cost. service with no result. No human answered the phone at anytime during the 2 hours I was put on hold. I am now on my second day of being put on hold.
