BEWARE!! Do not take your boat here for repair. They will take advantage of you and will leave you asking the question “why am I being charged so many labor hours for the work completed, why didn’t anyone tell me that my bill was going to be much more than originally expected, why am I being charged a service charge for any kind of payment other than cash, why did it take so long to complete my repairs, why wasn’t my original problem fixed, why did I have to pay again to have the original problem fixed after bringing it back?” These are some of the questions I had after my first experience at Complete Marine. No written estimates, not informed that my 100 hr service was going to cost 2x as much as originally told, not told that fixing a wiring problem with my bilge was going to take 4 hours to diagnose & fix, at $189/hr shop rate, and that they were going to replace the bilge pump & float switch, even though it was not required, not told that my head needed an additional part that cost over $200, when I found it on Amazon at $95, not told that replacing a seal on my head would take 5 hours, at $189/hr, and finally, not told that a 3% CC service fee was going to be charged, even though I used a debit card! My boat was there for a total of 3 weeks!! Called the shop to talk to the owner & express my dissatisfaction, but he, **** ********, did not have time for me. Someone else called me back & said he would look into the situation. Did not hear back from anyone! Stay away from this place unless you have money & time to burn!!

I've owned boats for over 30 years. Doing business with **** ********'s Complete Marine team has been by far, the worst experience of my life. I'm sure they will try to deny this review so all I'll say is read the reviews and choose someone else.

We just purchased a boat and were Traveling up the Intracoastal Waterway and our serpentine belt broke on one of our Motors. I called Several places with no help until we found Complete Marine. They not only had the part we needed, they worked out their schedule to free a mechanic up to get the repair completed and us on our way. The staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. The Pricing was reasonable as well. I would have paid extra for the last minute work as this was also on a Friday afternoon and they did not take advantage of us or the situation. I would recommend them to anyone needing anything for your boat. They will be our go to for needs in the future and they are a 2 hour car drive from where we live. They are First Rate !
