              If I could, I would not even put a star. TOTAL SCAMERS!!! We made plans about a month before our trip, when we got there, they had no clue that we needed a captain, they figured it out and got us one, after waiting and paying more than the original price given and charged, they give us a boat that did not exceed 8 mph, captain phoned the guys at the office instead of coming clean or turning back they played it off as if we were idiots, boat could not go out to sea $700 plus and worst experience ever, we have rented many water sports allover FL, never see a business run like this, and to top it off when we get back to the port this man had the nerve to tell me to tip the captain, told him you'll should pay him what we paid for this shit show. Hopefully we will get a refund from Chase, because we will fight this horrific experience, these people can't get away with this when renting out a boat. Take time to read reviews they buried all the bad ones with jets ski rentals but if you do your homework and read beyond and especially with boat rentals you will be glad to not hire them, I messed up in not reading reviews hope to save you the nightmare.
