      This Broker owes our company $400. We have sent in our paperwork as instructed by the company, weve sent them various reminders as well as called several times and the company hasnt been responsive. This company is a complete scam.

      Do not pay the extra "white glove treatment " extra 300 dollars! We paid for it and meant nothing to ***! Paid for shipping from California to Georgia. Never got an exact date when pick up or delivery. Waited to hear from *** and he would not answer our calls just to find out where the car was. It's funny how he would answer the phone when we called from a different number and hit the "schedule a pickup line". Although the car did eventually arrive with a fifteen minute phone call from the driver, we had to meet him on a nearby highway to get the car. Not delivered to the house.
      Terrible customer service on the brokers part. I'm sorry that I paid for No Customer Service. Used them 3 years ago and there were no problems back then. This time was not a very good experience.

      We regret to hear that this time around, Mr. ********* experience was not as expected. Customer satisfaction is our main priority with each and every order.
      The pickup time frame for Mr. ********* order was June 2-4th. The vehicle was picked up within this time frame on June 4th. The vehicle was delivered within 9 days as estimated and is considered normal for cross country transports. The carrier accommodated Mr. ********* request to deliver after the 9th. We did have a communication issue with the carrier on one specific day for only a few hours but we did keep in touch with Mr. ********* wife. An open line of communication is essential from our standpoint and we do our best to continually keep our customers informed throughout their transport.
      We would like to offer a discount of $150 to Mr. ****** on his next order as a good faith gesture to compensate for his experience.

      As stated previously, United Freight was NOT in contact with me or my wife. They would not answer phone calls from current clients. This business is not honest. I stick to my statement regarding the subpar service that we received. We will not use them ever again and will let anyone who asks about auto transport companies how we were treated. This includes friends and business associates. Their customer ratings online are deceiving and potential customers need to be informed.

      We did in fact call Mrs. ******* with an update on 06.11.21 (we have the call log showing this) and made an additional follow up call immediately after delivery on 06.14.21. This is the second time that we assisted the Seevers with their auto transport and do regret that they were disappointed this time around. As stated in our previous response, we would like to offer a $150.00 discount to Mr. & Mrs. ******* on their next auto transport and do hope to have the opportunity to make their next auto transport experience a wonderful one.
