We needed to have a vehicle shipped from ** to RI. I used the BBB web site and saw Ship A Car had a 5 star rating. I called and after speaking to ********** felt confident about the transaction.He kept me informed at each step of the way and quickly responded to any of my questions.The timeline he gave me was very accurate from pickup to drop off.The driver ** was very professional-thorough and careful with my vehicle. I highly recommend Ship A Car ***

We had a vehicle in FL and we needed to get transported to VA, after taking to Neal we decided to move forward, the process was smooth from start to finish, the vehicle was pick up and delivered without incidents. I needed to ship my car to my daughter who lives in ****************. My car was in South. ******* and I was very nervous about the process. I had already spoken to several transporting agencies who left me with a sense that this could go very wrong. Until I spoke to **** and his wife. They were so reassuring and professional. Handled my concerns as if their own. Even the transporter reassured me my car would be safe and secure. They actually delivered the car ahead of schedule! I did my research using Better Business Bureau. I spoke to and got four quotes and decided to go with shipping a car. From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. dealing with **** and his wife was pleasant and straightforward. I called Shipping A Car based on their great rating at BBB. We hadnt shipped a car before and had heard some stories so were nervous. *********************** wrote an email with the estimate and I called him. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and happy to explain everything to expect. We spoke a number of times and he remained the great, caring, honest person throughout. The car was picked up and delivered without incident, by a good reliable company he chose. I cant imagine using anyone else and highly recommend this company. Thank you ****.Review from William A

Neal and others at the company do a very good job. I have used this firm three times found them to be extremely good at what they do . **** provides phenomenal service. This was the first time wed shipped a car and he made the entire process smooth. His rates are competitive but his service puts him heads above the competition. Kind, courteous, efficient, ******** and follows up. Even after we booked a carrier, he stayed involved through the shipment making sure wed heard from the carrier and we were satisfied with the scheduling, even though its out of his control once we book out. And after the car was delivered, he followed up again to make sure we were pleased and to ask if he should continue working with the transport company - making sure that he makes no bad future referrals.
