In July 2023 I purchased a 2009 *** 535i for $7999 with a weekly payment of $100, from all Approved Auto works. At the time the salesman seemed to want to disclose information, but would not, about the Car facts. I continuously asked him to please inform me if he thought anything was wrong with the vehicle, I test drove it. It had AC and it ran well. I smelt oil and he told me that it was from adding oil to it, and it was burning off. I made it clear to ****, the sells man that I would need the car to be reliable enough to take me back-and-forth to work in *************** was 100 miles per day. He said the car would do just that.After about 1 week, the car begin running hot, I added antifreeze, then after another week I had to add more. I then took it to a mechanic that replaced a turbo radiator hose for $500. The mechanic looked at me and said wherever you bought the car from they knew this car had many issues.Moving forward, I drove it to and from work Monday-Friday, I begin smelling oil more and more..I even got an oil change from ******** The smell was still there and then a check oil light popped on. I had it towed to another mechanic that told me now I need a valve cover gasket, and that the oil was leaking from it and thats where the smell came from. He told me that I need a cover gasket and no and spark plugs because they had been tainted by the oil leakage. This job cost me $700. At this point it is about five months into having the car and now seeing an engine light that reads half empty half full. It meant that the car is only running at half of its power, and eventually the fuel pump went after leaving me stranded in the middle of the road.Not to mention, through all of this, I had not missed any payments. I took the car back and told them I cannot continue to pay and repair. I asked for a trade, they said No that I was the cause of the damages because of long drives to and from work. I would pay to fix it and my next car payment..they do not care!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Bought a car from them almost two years ago a 2007 ***** HHR to be exact , when I first got the car it didn't seem all that bad but after about 30 days the power steering went out reached out to them about the problem multiple times only to never get a call back for them to schedule me in for a repair. They repossessed my car at one point not because I was behind on my payments but because they said I did not have the correct compid collision on my insurance which they NEVER reached out to me about, happened to go out to leave for work and my car was gone, remind you I got in touch with them the exact day that they picked it up as well as having the money to go and get it that very same day because they picked it up after about 1pm and they do not close until 6:30 but they did not allow me to come get it I was told that they were not sure what company had my car nor when it would be brought to them which was a LIE because my neighbor saw them when they used a spare key to enter my car and drive around the corner in it and then load it onto their tow truck! I ended up paying almost 700 to get a car back remind you they picked it up the day before I had a payment due so I had to pay they wanted the repo fee plus my next two payments even though at that time I was not behind on the payments. This year about two months ago I woke up and the car would not start , had it towed to their shop for them to fix the power steering was still out and I knew I needed an oil change, they keep the car for a few days and then call me to pick it up. Never let me know what the problem was nor what they fixed however the power steering warning was no longer popping up on the dash board but it was still out and my oil life said that it was at 100% now I just paid the car off about a month ago and I had to scrap it because the engine messed up because they never put any oil in it after I took it to them to fix DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Bad business a big **** all they want is money I brought a car from them and the whole button of it was rust out not good brakes pad went out and rusted from the inside and out . Ask for a replacement didn’t happen . Then I got a truck from them had an oil leak and a the transmission was slipping I put down 2500 plus they want u to pay 4 weeks up plus … I didn’t have the truck for one week and I ask to trade it in they said No manager very nasty ?? and rude on top I’m a single mom I work hard for my money I got a whole family of 8 kids now I’m out with no vehicle. And now he want to charge me for a fee to get my belongings out of the car so sad God don’t like Ugly ?? I pray they shut them down . I’m so upset and without a vehicle kids can’t get back and forward from school or work back to square One ?? lord I pray ?? closed them down

Bought a car from them 2010 ******* sonata paid in all 895 down for the car then extra 400 for car insurance then car was repoed because I was late by 1 week ?? I had to pay around 865 to get the car back which understandably its my fault for being late but my problem is I paid all the money and then the transmission went only had the car for exactly 1 month before it broke down got it feb 1 broke down March 1 paid all that money didn't even have the car for more than a month brought it in to them to fix had left my belongings in car because they said they would take a look at it that day took like 3 4 days for them to take a look at it they could anything because they sold me a car with bad transmission, Anyway left car their they had it parked in the back since it'd be to expensive for them to fix when I came back to get my belongings everything I had gone was about to *** and make a big deal about it but didn't want the headache I'm writing this so no one else has to go through what I did please shut these people down I have heard a lot of complaints about this place to

This dealer is very shady they lie to customers and sell unsafe cars they sold me a truck with bad brakes rotors calipers, pads hoses, brake lines, fuel pump, powersteering pump and three bad wheels they have not been communicating at all when I call and try to find out they put me on hold then hang up they repossessed my truck over payments when my payments have been made and are saying they never got the money order even though we can track the money and I'm trying to collect my personal items and they won't tell me where the truck is at its been 4 days now legal action is being taken

they are thieves selling bad cars i bought a car a monthe ago and the engine gave out a few weeks ago

They took **** from me I gave them money on Tuesday something was wrong wit the car they said it would be fixed I got there Wednesday then they told me that they ordered the wrong part so Thursday on my day off they told me it would only take a hour I sat there from 9am to 2:30pm by the time I got home a light came on I immediately contacted them they told me it was something to do with the tires later that day the transmission slips so I contacted the sales man that sold me the car he told me to come in Saturday morning because it was after hours so I did so when I get ther he tells me the manger is not their so I had to come back I leave all the way in Hobe sound Ive been coming to this car places 4 days straight and its cost gas Im a single mother of 3 I dont have money just to give away they ripped me off so Saturday when I returned the manger was there I asked him could I get a loaner that way I can get back and forth to work he told me no leave the car if I did that I wouldnt have transportation he was very nasty and rude so was his salesman as well so today which is Tuesday I havent had that car for a week I come out of work and they repo my car no warning or nothing I had to find away home this business just takes your money and have no car in the world they should be shut down for selling people lemons I work to hard for my money just for them to do me like this I need answers

this place is absolutely scamming people, My nephew purchased a car 3 days ago and the engine blew on the third day. I called to speak with a manager and was advised by ****(who was very nice) that I would get a call back. The manager called back and was very nasty; when I asked why did he sell my nephew a lemon he hung up in my face. I called back and asked him why was he being so rude, and he hung up again. Never offered to reconcile the issue

these people are heartless...they take your money, you leave with a vehicle that breaks down before you even make it home and they say SORRY YOU BOUGHT IT AS IS...their inventory obviously comes from a scrap yard...the vehicle I purchased had a 1/4. way up. Of SUGAR IN GAS TANK.... sorry, you bought it as is...I have 4 small children under age.7 and.im the sole provider...kind of hard to get to work with a *** vehicle

Deceptive advertising, false representation, switch and bait business practices.
After I called this business 3 days in a row, I never received pictures of a car advertised as 1996 ******** s500, finally decided to drive there almost 100 miles one way.
They ADVERTISE 1996 car as model S500 !!!!!

In reality they have model S320 !!!!

2 different cars , that's why they never wanted to send pictures !
Horrible bait and switch.
Horrible Deceptive Advertising.
How did they get business license?
Avoid this shady scam business.
