      I purchased a 2023 full size Range Rover in May 2022. I am based in ***** so the car was shipped to me. The car was damaged in the process and immediately it was no longer Land Rover North Dade's issue according to German my sales rep. I was forced to claim the damages to insurance. Separately, upon receipt of my car I noticed that when I drove above 35 mph the car made a very loud flapping noise and it felt like the undercarriage was shaking. German the sale rep who sold me my car said it was the paper license plate, however, upon inspection by the dealership in my town the car was missing multiple parts that protect the engine known as a "Splash Guard". I have been waiting on this part now for 9 months. Yes 9 months...and I currently have no ETA on when one will be available.I have been working with ***** who has been trying to help, but only because I escalated the issue to Land Rover North America directly. He has also laid the blame on other dealerships who have seen the car even though I mentioned this issue immediately upon receiving it, and the only reason that it was damaged in the first place was because of the third party transportation company they used. Extremely disappointing experience that I have a brand new car that I can't drive above 35 mph for almost a year with a dealership that has taken no responsibility aside from paying for the parts that should have been on the car in the first place. The solution is pretty simple they should remove the parts from another vehicle so that the one they already sold can function but they have refused and therefor I am left with a car that doesn't function properly. I would recommend using a dealership that aims to build long term relationships with their customers by doing the right thing unfortunately that is not Land Rover North Dade.

      I spoke to **** there. bought a 115k car. spoke to general manager as I came referred by a close friend that recommended me to him. Deal done per his words around 2-3pm. he then closed the deal. send him credit card , credit app, payoffs, personal information. told me to come Friday morning.

      one hour later the guy has a sales guy call me to tel me car was sold from under me. Most disgusting experience ever. **** should be fired. Worse of all 2 days later not even an text or apology. Stay away!!!!!!!!

      Hello, we are deeply sorry that the vehicle was sold. Unfortunately, it was a unique vehicle and we had a customer in the showroom that selected to purchase the vehicle prior to Mr. Sporn making a decision. At the time that Yuri and the sales manager agreed to sell Mr. Sporn the car over the phone they were unaware that another sales person and manager had just sold the same car to a showroom customer. Mr. Sporn was communicating both over the phone and by text message. He provided a credit application and driver's license, but a deposit had not been received at that time. Yuri communicated the sale to Mr. Sporn shortly after the agreement over the phone was made. An apology and an alternative incoming vehicle were offered, but rejected by Mr. Sporn.
