            Today 7/12/2021 the company came to my home to change my A/C coil that was under warranty by a technician recommendation in his visit on 5/21/2021. The amount agree for the job would be $633.00. Today, during the job and after my A/C was disarmed he said the drain tray was broken and we need to pay $200 additional if we want to the job be done. We don't agree because because that try was replaced by then on 4/5/2021 and is not our fault that in two months were broken. They decided to not continue with the job and the owners asked the technician to left and when we ask to put back everything how they found it, they told us to look for other company and left my A/C as you can see in the pictures without working, (and they didn't find it like that), my house like a mess and even they didn't collected what the brought. Now we are without A/C during the one of the most hot month of the year. Even they didn't bother to explain about and were very rude and unprofessional.

            First person Protocool sent out ( cost ******) said the blower motor was the reason my ac unit was not cooling correctly, after replacing it at a cost of over ******* dollars (never told me there is surcharge to come out after 4pm) still blows hot air. They offered to send someone out again to find out why its not working (I thought thats what I paid for already) they offered a second person to come out at a discount of ***** dollars, he said you have a leak (this was never checked the first time) wanted to charge over ****** more to do leak test and add refrigerant, and then says you need a new unit ?? (what about the 2700,00 Im out already). I had refrigerant added (cost ******) and problem was fixed. I do believe there is a leak so I will contact someone to check that in the future
