    It was hard to assign a star rating. The mechanic that came to my house was wonderful, the best in fact with the fireplace and customer service.The office is the worst customer service I have ever had. A girl named ****** made fun of my name which was weird, and she sounded very strange, but I ignored it, I asked her to look at my previous information to schedule with the mechanic, she put me hold that's fine, but left me for *************************** then some other person picks up the phone and asks can I help you? I could not hear her. I asked them to please speak in the receiver, she did, I said " ****** was going to schedule me?" I was starting to get mad, I asked to speak to the owner not there, could not hear her again. so, I hung up. I still wanted the mechanic that I had because he is great! So, I called back got a manger named ******, who was very rude. I asked him to repeat his name again, he said "again it is ******" very rude, told him what happened, and that I am just trying to schedule service, "he said so what can I do for you?" I then became very mad! I asked to speak to the owner, he said "he won't be here until the 20th, and he might be busy", I said could you please look at the notes on my file from the mechanic so I can get this scheduled. He started talking again and over me. I said will you please look at the notes and get this scheduled after he has the part. He then said I have to pay 50 percent of the part. I did not say anything, I was shocked. This is a part that the mechanic usually has on his truck, the mechanic had looked and did not have any, but said if it needs replacing, he will get one but don't worry he uses these all the time. The manager ****** was completely out of line, I am not paying for a stock on a truck. Then he was going to schedule me. I said " it may be better if you call me to schedule when find out the mechanic has the part, that works better for my schedule. I still want a call from the owner.
