            I was purchasing a vehicle through Randash auto and within the first 2 1/2 months it had underlying electrical issues. It has a dead short in the steering column , and the windshield wipers sometimes would not work. Over the course of one year and three months the car could only be on the road for approximately 3000 miles. *** transmission was going out. All this I asked for their help on this matter and was declined any kind of help. In October, the car was repossessed. *** company refused to help me at any part of this matter

            They take advantage of your misfortunes. They do not have good service or mechanics. Do not come to them for a vehicle, it's not worth it. They don't explain everything and they are not 100% honest or transparent.

            Tyrah Lamp has been a 3 time customer of ours and paid off her last vehicle on 10/01/2021. By our records she was a successful customer, who traded in her last vehicle with **************** It is a goal of ours to have our customers improve or build their credit to be in a position to qualify for a newer vehicle and traditional financing. She was successful with us and able to do so.

            My credit improved by me paying off my many medical bills I had in collection's. My score did not improve once because of Randash. My first car was wrecked and paid by insurance. My second car was driven off the lot in such bad condition, and continued to be an unsafe and unreliable car that Randash allowed me to trade it for another car that had serious issues. I drove it off the lot with it needing a new cadilic converter. Randash is like a loan shark. They take advantage of you not being able to buy a car anywhere and have insane interest rates of **** apr and more. They take advantage of your low point in life and run with it. What they are doing should be illegal.
