I recently traveled to the ***************** on Jan 5th from ******,**, on the date of my flight to **** ****** Airlines changed my departing flight by a significant amount which caused it to not work with my itinerary. Due to this i had to cancel this flight and re-book a new one with American Airlines. After getting home i contacted ****** for a refund of the tickets since their policy states that if they change your ticket by a significant time (2 hours) or more they will refund your ticket. They approved the request to refund my partner and I's tickets on January 18th.Ticket # ************* REQUEST ID: ******** Refund Amount/Currency: $868.56 USD Ticket # ************* REQUEST ID: ******** Refund Amount/Currency: $868.56 USD I have been given the run around from Booking.com who passed responsibility to Gotogate.com who passed responsibility to Huntington Travel USA (DBA ********************* & ******'s refund policy (Stated multiple times that they wont refund the money even though united refunded it incorrectly quoting a made up policy of united) but then Colville Travel said it was gotogate's responsibility to refund the money. This has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with after no less than 4 hours on the phone and being hung up on no less than 20 times by gotogate's customer service reps as soon as i was explaining my situation.
