I bought 2 Kodiak X2 solar generators. They were part of a kit that included solar panels and accessories. The first generator went out and stuffed functioning correctly. I called up Inergy and they said since I saved the box you'd send me a label and I can send it back to you taking care of. After a couple weeks the label never came. I tried to contact them by phone and it would just stay on hold forever. Tried contacting them by email with no response. Tried using messenger to contact them and they just sent me a response saying Thank you for reaching out. In the mean time My second generator quit functioning correctly. I can't even use an app to reset it. Since they don't answer their phone and return your emails or respond to their messages on messenger. The only way I can communicate with them is through the better business bureau. I would like a refund. They did come out with the brand new generator that they partnered with the Navy to build. I would be interested in turning in my generators for credit in trading up for one we're two of those and pay any difference. I am 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income and this is a hardship.
