            I canceled my subscription for All Property Management in 2021. In October of 2022 I noticed that my card was being charged for the service every month even though I had canceled the service. For the next four months I was told that the problem was resolved only to have another charge appear on my bank statement the following month. Finally in Jan, 2023 the extra charges stopped. Since that time I have contacted APM at least monthly about these extra charges only to be told that they were working on it. ************************* last contacted me April 7th of this year to tell me they would resolve the issue. I have reached out three more times since then and not gotten a response.

            I signed up with Buildium at the beginning of 2017 in large part due to the *********************** on their platform. About a year ago they started having issues with certain banks and were pulling the same transactions multiple times. We have contacted them over and over and they tell us to reconcile manually. If I wanted to do that I would have stayed with my cheaper software and never moved over. Now the system won't even connect to my bank so I am back to spending hours with a paper and pencil to reconcile my accounts. They offer no solutions and their customer does not care about how this negatively impacts my small company. DO NOT go with their company unless your bank works with their system. I am trapped and can't change platforms but I would NEVER recommend them again. They used to care about their customers and have excellent customer service. They no longer care and just offer solutions that do not help your situation.
