This company is nothing but a scam. After you join, they continue charging your credit card for an automatic renewal and it becomes clear that they will make it difficult or impossible for you to cancel your "subscription." Potential buyers beware - read these reviews! Once you pay them, they refuse to refund any subsequent charges claiming that you should have understood that you were committing to an automatic renewal and they offer NO refunds.Review from Linda S

This is a complete sham!!! Theyve tried 3 times in the past year to charge me for a membership. I paid ONE TIME for what was to be my yearbook access because my yearbook got lost. NEVER got access to or replacement of my book. Have never been able to contact the company since this happened.Review from Hank C

This company charged my credit card and will not return my money no idea why they're charging me they're not affiliated with any of our schools! This is a huge scam and people are falling for it left and right! Do not use alumniclass.com They are NOT affiliated with ANY alumni!Review from Lynn R

AlumniClass.com tried to use an expired credit card of mine to renew a subscription that I never authorized--how they got that card # I do not know. I called my credit card representative who tried to get in touch with them and could not. This business had NO business trying to sign me up for their company. I mistakenly purchased a lifetime membership on AlumniClass thinking that it was officially afiliated with my high school. Within 5 minutes of signing up I realized that was not the case, and cancelled my membership, and immediately requested a refund of my money. AlumniClass is refusing to refund it. I am not benefitting from their "services" and terminated my "membership" less than 10 minutes after signing up. As far as I'm concerned, their refusal to issue a refund is nothing but a pure money grab, and extremely poor customer support. I do understand that the terms of service do state that the membership fees are nonrefundable, but I would think that since they have proof in their records that I was a member for a matter of less than 10 minutes that they might make an exception. I suspect they will not. Certainly seems like a ripoff to me. (I'm sad that one star is as low as I can rate them!)Review from Catherine P

AlumniClass said they had yearbooks to view. I lost my yearbooks in a fire and thought the $25 registration fee would be worth it. Not only did they not have any yearbooks on file, you have to buy them. Its unethical. Now, Im getting all these emails from them and they dont have a complete unsubscribe option. Im super irritated at them and at myself as I didnt ****** them first to find out how scammy they are! Aaarrrgghhh!??If I could give them less than one star, I would choose to do that.Review from Katherine K.

I discovered the unauthorized charge on a credit card I do not use.You cannot reach a person or an answer on the Web site.I only hope my letter to my card company will stop allowing these bogus charges.Alumniclass is a fraud in my opinion.
