Worst Experience in buying a vehicle EVER, will NEVER purchase anything from Dennis Dillon again.. Hands down will go back to ******************* in ******* ***** over Dennis Dillon ANYDAY... at least when you buy a Vehicle from ******************* the price and financing offered don't change at the last minute. When Dennis Dillon says they will give you ******* off the price to go with there perfered financing.. but then LIE when the buyer qualifies for better terms... they take away the discount and OH WELL... For a person with perfect credit and the means to pay cash they tried to offer ****% interest to a buyer who qualified for 3.9% through the vehicle manufacturer....just to take away the 2k discount..to cost you as the buyer another 6k in financing charges...BUT WAIT you can refinance at a higher interest rate after 7 months per Dennis Dillon at used Vehical rate.. so they( Dennis Dillon) get their money but .. never mind the buyer who accumulate the additional fee's and changes.... as a buyer who in their right mind would pay double the interest just to save the Dealership MONEY.... Dennis Dillon lied and is giving false information to Consumers who are looking to spend hard earned money on a vehicle. This was the worst experience ever to be had.. and we have purchased alot of Vehicle's ... in addition to the lies on price and financing the Vehicle was never Inspected or PDI after arriving from the manufacturer..leaving scratches, dents and defects on a brand new $90,000.00 RAM ****.... Knowing that we as the buyers would be arriving .. and still did nothing... Now we have to have paint corrections and body work done on a BRAND NEW VEHICLE..... STEER CLEAR Consumers.... THEY LIE!!Review from Donald B

was interested in trading a vehicle straight across, a 2017 Grand Cherokee for a 2012 Wrangler. The original trade in allowance was $ *****, but it wasn't enough to cover the entire cost of the Wrangler. No problem. I took my keys then went home. Two weeks later, the price on the Wrangler dropped enough to allow for the deal to continue. After making sure that the original trade allowance would be honored, multiple times, we began the process. The salesmen, he was wonderful by the way, even went so far as to check with the manager that the original offer for my vehicle would be honored. who of course said yes. I went in to make the deal and at the end, the original trade in allowance was not going to be honored because of a mistake on their end. I grabbed my keys and went home. In short, on July 1, 2022, they failed to honor the promises they made many times, both verbally and in writing. I understand a mistake being made, but it should have been caught before I came in to have time wasted again. The total experience makes me feel that Dennis Dillon Jeep in Caldwell is under unethical management and they do not do what they intimate or promise. I will unfortunately no longer deal with them due to this even for warranty work on my vehicle. I would recommend that nobody deal with them given that they won't even honor the values and deals they make in writing. Dj BlackReview from Zoran H

Once again Dennis Dillon dodge failed me, this time I drop my pick up off on January 15 so they could replace the timing cover and hubs if they arrived. On January 20 **** the service writer called me and told me my fuel pump was leaking and told me he has already got it approved through warranty and Has spoke to dodge about getting a fuel pump and it will be here within 1 to 2 days. When I get back from vacation on the 26 I called **** on the 27th at 7:32 AM after two rings he hangs up on me so I leave a message asking about the status of the pick up, bear in mind when I told him I was going to be back from vacation on the 26th and needed my vehicle on the 27th he said not a problem it will be ready for you. A few hours later I still dont get a response from ************* I called again it rings two or three times and hangs up on me again. A few minutes later he calls me back telling me the vehicle is not done and he only just received the fuel pump that morning and that all of his mechanics were busy and couldnt get to it right now. I said OK so do you have some wheels for me to drive because I have things I need to do, he said now Ive been scrounging for vehicles for three weeks we dont have anything for you. Why he couldnt call over to Enterprise and get me a rental vehicle through them which gets billed out on my warranty I dont know Im thinking hes just being lazy. So after I get off the phone with **** I write an email to the service manager and I still havent heard anything back from the manager. in the last year of me owning this pick up that I purchased from Dennis Dillon between my checkbook and warranty we probably paid them about $20,000 in a year for maintenance. So you can call me pretty loyal customer, but Im now at the end of my rope this has happened way too many times and I always think the next time is going to be better but its not! So any of my fellow transporters passing through the Caldwell ***** area do not stop at Dennis Dillon run youReview from Louise C

My husband and I purchased a new pickup in 2013. 2012 Dodge Ram Power Wagon with 41 miles on it, and we bought a lifetime warranty from Mopar. At the end of April 2021 my husband was driving it on the Interstate when the transmission went out of it, it was stuck in 4th gear he said. The warranty will cover this to be fixed. He drove it to Dennis Dillon Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Caldwell Idaho as it was the closest dealership with a shop, I picked him up and his passengers. Dennis Dillon Chrysler Jeep didn't say how long it would take to fix it, and we, I never thought to ask. After several days my husband checked in with Dennis Dillon Dodge Chrysler Jeep and was told that Mopar said to get a remanufactured part, a week later, my husband was told that Mopar wanted digital photos around 5/11/2021 of fluid and such. Dennis Dillon complies they say. My husband asked me to go to Dennis Dillon on 6/24/2021 and see what I can find out. So I did, nothing had changed, I went home and did some research. May, 25th Mopar requested digital images, never received any case closed on June 2cd, and 3 more time's I called the service manager the morning of 6/25/2021 after I explained what I learned, he said that he would reopen the case again and have it all wrapped up by 6/29/2021. Is 56 days enough time to replace a transmission? With a warranty? I will conclude this review when the work is done. 6/28/2021 ****** *****.
