Employee was on the property from 9:26 to 9:58 2MAY23: Safari Lawn sent 2 employees who were on the property from 8:32 11:02 a.m. Following work complete or partially completed: - Chemically treat lawn for weeds to remove weeds (backyard incomplete) - Feed the grass with fertilizer - Prune bushes and shrubs (back yard incomplete/left debris) (used a leaf blower to gather some leaves from the front of the yard only)2MAY23: I sent an email & called stating the work has not been done and they stated it was and did not intend on returning. I pressed to have somebody come and look at the work firsthand. 3MAY23: **** returned to the property and I showed him the incomplete work and low quality. He stated they did 5 hours worth of work and the results are as expected. He then explained to me how I can finish it myself by buying my own products and for them to do any more would be the company going out of their way. I showed him the proposed work and explained that fertilizing and some pruning is all that was completed. I asked for a new estimate of the work that had already been completed.7MAY23: Received email stating the cost would be $875.8MAY23: I explained that the quality of work is not worth $875 and asked if they are firm with that offer.9MAY23: Received a new invoice for $1444.00. I am assuming that they were upset at my response to the $875 email, so they were retaliating.I have not made any payments and asked for a copy of the service agreement which they have not provided.
