I put in an order that was promised in 4 days .no delivery instead I got an e mail that said it would be a month and a half my purchase still haven't arrived sent several e mails trying to get an answer now they are gosting me I will be filing a complaint with the bbb this site is a total scam !

We emailed you on November 14th and November 28th without a response. We offered alternative compasses. We offered to get it to you in the timeline you had outline. We didn't hear back from you. Your order was shipped and delivered on Dec. 28th via **** tracking number *********************. We did everything we could to get this order to you in a timely manner. With over 10k plus products we are sometimes at the mercy of the manufacturer. same experience as below. Zero stars.Ordered a couple of gifts for birthday party this weekend, never received, so shipping updates, never respond to inquiries. if i dont get shipment. ill have to call credit card company and reverse payment. We had emailed you right after the order was placed and reminded you that the items you ordered were out of stock. You had replied and acknowledged that the items were out of stock and would accept an alternative kit. We rushed to fulfill these for you and they were delivered to your door on 12/16/22. We apologize for the issues surrounding your order. In regards to your order, you had ordered two D-cell battery holders on April 11th and it was delivered on April 26th. But we noticed you submitted this review one day after ordering...even though you state it had been two weeks since ordering. We had responded to your email the same day (April 11th) and April 14th as well as multiple emails afterwards. In addition we refunded your shipping and sent you the order free of charge. Placed order on 3-26-22. Contacted Stemfinity on 4-6 inquiry about order. Stemfinity responded on ****, and 4-13.I contacted Stemfinity on 4-14.Yes they did refund shipping charges. Received order on,or about 4-26.4 weeks after placing the order.Review from Thomas L.

We apologize for the issues surrounding your order. We don't check BBB reviews very often but in your case we refunded your money and still fulfilled the order. While we do everything we can to fulfill orders on time, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer. Considering 80% of our products are drop shipped we trust our manufacturers will deliver on time but that isn't always the case.
