Per the cashier printed receipt; I purchased on November 3rd, 2021, a vapor device from VAPORTECH, and returned to the store approximately ***** days afterwards; and talked with the female owner of the store about why the device wasn't working to our expectations. The owner said to try a couple of things and we were appeased at that time, and due to the store was busy with other customers so we left.Today 12/31/2021 I returned the device complete with the original BOX, the Device in new condition, and the sales Receipt to the two male employees of the store. Both of the employees tried to contact the female owner to see what they should do? I waited and waited for these guys to figure out what to do for OVER 30 minutes, and then was told that I have to leave said device with them so they can test the device and record any failures. I ask how long this would take? Their answer was, approximately a weeks time would be needed for them to test and record their findings... I asked for another receipt for us leaving said vapor device behind to be tested with the VAPORTECH employees. We received a hand written receipt that I have no idea will hold ** in court as to what was done, and happened due to this behavior / return policy of VAPORTECH. PLEASE HELP... We are getting nothing more than the run around, and bogus answers to a simple exchange. We just want our money back, and the general public to BEWARE of these business practices of this business called VAPORTECH, on ********* and ********, *****, *****.Thank you for your time, ***************************** Cell# ************
