Items qualifying for return/exchange must
be presented by the original purchaser at the store from which it was
originally purchased. If ordered online or over the phone please contact
the Customer Service Center to be issued an RMA number.
Items qualifying for return/exchange must be in like-new and working condition, to be determined by Smart Smoke®, with the Smart Smoke® Logo intact and all included accessories.

Damaged or abused items will not be accepted for return/exchange.
Proof of identity and proof of purchase may be required.
Acceptable returns will be credited to the card used for purchase. If the card is not present, a gift card or store credit may be issued. If cash was the original method of payment, a gift card or store credit will be issued.There are NO CASH REFUNDS.
Shipping expenses are not refundable.Clearance, discontinued and custom items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Smart Smoke® batteries/chargers/accessories: If above conditions are met, can be exchanged or returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.
SmartNic™, SmartCarts™, Flavor Ups™, and Smart Smoke® atomizers: Consumables are not eligible for return.
SmartNic™, SmartCarts™, Flavor Ups™, and Smart Smoke® atomizers: If given an item in error, can be exchanged within three (3) days of purchase.
