Beware if you are a trusting person (woman) and using ***************************** Repair (BMAR) on *********** in Garden City. The car I use for work was in for diagnostics with possible repair. On August 25th, 2022 their technician TOTALLED my car during the test drive by CRASHING it head on into a city utility pole. *** cited him for INATTENTIVE DRIVING/ USING MOBILE DEVICE. The owner called me from the scene saying he didnt want to claim it on his insurance and guaranteeing me they would replace it with a comparable and even better car than my ********************************************************************* because they werent returning my calls. A friend of mine knew of a really nice 2006 ****** being sold by a lady that was ill and could no longer drive. They got her information from my friend, looked at it ,then told me it wasnt right for me because it needed about 3K of repairs. Then I was offered their loaner car, a ************************************************************************** dirt and filled with leaf debris on the inside. I agreed to drive it for a bit to see if it was suitable as I was getting desperate for a car to drive for work. I then found out that the owners of BMAR, bought the 2006 ****** for themselves and were even untruthful with the poor sick woman by telling her the vehicle needed many repairs, thus pay her much less than it was truly worth. I returned the loaner car, obtained the *** accident report myself, then filed a claim with their insurance company. The settlement is nowhere near what is needed in today's market to get a replacement work car for me. I still am left high and dry without a work car. If they really want to do the right & decent thing, they would park that ******************************************************** a note of apology!!
