What ever you do DO NOT lease through this co. If you do you wont only have to deal with robs snide remarks and lying about our car note not being processed after he sent a text saying it was. The real problem is not *** though, its his worker ************* 20, I was on my biological moms car insurance and after some time she cut it off. With my financial situation I wouldnt have been able to afford my own policy until the 5th of the month only 4 days after the insurance was getting shut off. ***** called me on the 29th of November saying I had no insurance and that they were going to tow my car!!! So the next day I had gone to an insurance agent and got the insurance, did it wrong I guess because ***** said it will not work. She then proceeded to call me a liar and said if you were homeless at the time of getting the car then maybe you shouldnt be driving after she said that she continued to talk over me and be out of line RUDE! I ended up getting the situation fixed and afterwards ***** still continued to call and text me off her personal phone apologizing for her foot and mouth disease.

Horrible company - they threaten repo 2 days after our car ins was cancelled by accident - really nasty receptionist especially ****** - what kind of person is she to threaten clients - who does business like that! Do not do business with them and watch out for ****** !!!!!

I'm a single mother of 5 boys all under 7 years of age. My husband left me last October and left me with over 3k in bills. I have struggled to pay my car on time ever since but have always managed to get it caught up. *** has always told me to keep in contact with him and we would get it figured out... he's just a very rude and intimidating person to talk to so that's not very easy for me. I was in the hospital for 4 days and missed 4 days of work and I had to choose between paying my rent or paying my car payment. I chose to have a roof over my kids heads than a car to drive but i was gonna pay the car payment on my next check in two weeks. The day I got paid *** repoed my car. With all my groceries inside of it. *** drove off in my car.. no written notices. No warning no nothing. As I was trying to talk to him and was upset he hung up on me and blocked my number. It's been 3 days and I still have not received a phone call or text about my belongings in the car. Now what am I going to do? A single mom of 5 boys now about to lose her job because I have no transportation... this company is shady. They don't care about you or what you're going through they only care about money. I literally had the car payment money and you didn't even give me a chance. You just destroyed my family's livelihood and you bad mouthed me to my family who called and tried to resolve the issue

Predatory lenders. My account was so mismanaged. My credit dropped 200 points in 6 months They constantly repossessed my car even though my payments were on time charging me 600 plus each time. They repoed it three times without warning. I would wake up to go to work and my car would be gone it caused me a great emotional stress and financial hardships that even a year later I'm struggling to get out of.They fired my account manager in the first month and held me accountable for all his mistakes. Then I was treat like I was lower than dirt by *** the tow truck driver suprisingly he getss the repossession fee. When I asked why I was being treated badly. I was told that's just how he is as if that aditude is common. I have never felt so low as I did when dealing with northwest leasing of Boise. I caution anyone who is thinking about doing business with them as they clearly only in it for money and the customer feelings and needs are put dead last.

Easy to work with. ******* at the front office is always so cheerful and bright. Not the best APR but it is what it is.Dennis Dillon was not my favorite. They added several things on at signing. I wish they would have been more transparent in the beginning. Rating 2.North West Leasing and their staff is awesome! They are worth a 5 star rating themselves.
