I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee about 2 months ago from ***** Auto Credit. This has been the worst experience ever. When I bought the vehicle they never detailed the vehicle it was very dirty on the inside, but I decided to buy it because they promised to detail it at a later time, which they never did. I had it for about a week and had to take it back to them to get the brakes fixed. The brake pads were completely gone and it was grinding metal on metal. So they obviously never gave it a good inspection before they sold it to me. Luckily I bought a warranty with the vehicle because I'm sure I would have had to pay to get the brakes fixed if I didn't have a warranty. So I got the car back after they fixed my brakes and only drove it for 3 more days before it the engine started over heating and it wasn't shifting right. So I had to take it back to them and they said it had a blown head gasket. I hadn't had the vehicle for 2 weeks before all this happened. It took them forever to diagnose the problem and they eventually told me that I was going to have to replace the whole motor because it was ruined. Thank goodness I bought that warranty because the warranty was going to pay for them to put a new motor in it. They have had my vehicle for over a month now and I still have not gotten it back. It has been a huge inconvenience not having a vehicle. I have had to pay over 500 dollars in taxi and **** rides to be able to get to work every day. They did not give me rental vehicle to use while they have had my car all his time. Every time I call them to ask about my vehicle they are very rude and have even hung up on me a couple of times. There managers there are a joke and have no customer service skills at all. ************************ isn't any better either. I still don't know when I'm going to get my vehicle back and this whole experience has been a complete nightmare! I would definitely reconsider your options if your thinking about buying a vehicle from them.
