    Worse shop I ever been to, the owner cares more about money than safety - do not spend money here.

    Upon accusations, an offer was made for the Technician to go TO THE CUSTOMER at NO CHARGE for the purpose of checking and if needed, to fix anything not right. The offer was DECLINED by the customer. A follow up appointment was also in place to have the vehicle checked over and an alignment to be completed. Customer cancelled the appointment. Apparently, there was no real concern. Beware other shops, he was making accusations against D&J while here.

    Letting me leave the lot with UNIFINSHED WORK ACOULD HAVE BEEN DANGEROUS, is not accusations I have it all documented and time framed, I paid for labor and the labor wasn't completed, I declined future work because of the dangerous position and lack of work they left my vehicle the first time, will not let someone come to my house when they couldn't do it even at there shop, I declined alignment because of the Careless work they did and the owner saying " it's only 2 bolts" there was no accusations said about D&J only described what they said was wrong when they checked for a front end inspection to the mechanic so he was aware of a past check. D&J did scratch my vehicle and took responsibility and fixed it and paid for it fully the same day unlike Ball tire who lacks customer care.

    NOTHING was provided to show a problem really exists (existed). NO ONE can be expected to fix something that is not before them. The opportunity to look at, must less check your claim, was NOT given. You DEFINITELY were NOT charged for something you didn't receive. Chilton Labor recommends charging 4.4 hours for the job you received. If you review your sales ticket, you will see that you were not charged even close to the recommended hours. We honored the estimate b/c that's what you were told. If I were able to include attachments, I would include Chilton recommendation & your sales ticket so that no one would be misled by your claim that you paid for something you didn't receive. (If access is given for attachments, I will post.) Nothing further can be said w/out repeating.
