This use of BBB's trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of the trademark rights of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus, Inc.             BBB unable to locate business
            I cannot get Keystone Roofing to return my calls regarding my roof leaking I am mailing copies of information I sent to the Louisiana Board of Contractors which has not been helpful. Also, included is a letter to the Louisiana Department of Insurance .My documents explain my complaint, and I will be available to answer any questions you might have. Since writing the letters, a previous leak supposedly repaired by Keystone has stain the bathroom ceiling again. As you can see, the company uses your emblem and the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce on its paper work.

            New roof was put on house in November 2020. Shortly after that a leak coming from roof ridge was evident in ceiling. I asked them to check it. They did make adjustments. Leak did not get bigger. A few months later a similar looking water stain coming from the same ridge started. Also same time an area around a skylight began to show water stain. I knew I had until Nov 2023 on the warranty so when I remembered to call them, each time I left a message and no return call. 10 months before warranty expiration I began to call more often. Each time the answering service picked up. Again leaving name and number. I called every hour of the business day and always got answering service. I drove to their location in morning and afternoon, office was always closed. I am beginning to think the business is defunct. It is just poor business acumen to treat customers this way.
