I purchased a double wide 1-22-22. Set up was ridiculous. Trim out took months and is nothing like their lot trimouts. 30 day list was all bandaids but expected for a mobile home, ex. Slicing 20 plus holes in floor to remove nails trying to poke threw. Since august we have found mold in multiple spots in this home. Each time Tilleys promptly sends someone or Clayton does a quick fix. We went without sheet rock for 2 months in my small child’s room, because of mold due to a crack in the bath tub Tilleys and clayton couldn’t locate but insisted they fixed. They removed 4ft of black mold in our hall way only after I insisted we had a problem. They sent a mold specialist that didn’t even acknowledge or test anything. Told me we were safe. we have had over 20 service visits in a year and we are still having issues. The mold and marriage line leaking are just the tip of the iceberg. I called Monday 6-19-23 about black lines and heat around marriage line, again, they were were apologetic and prompt with having someone schedule. While waiting for that app. The heat rose and mold showed up. Tilleys said it wasn’t their problem. And they’re was probably nothing wrong with marriage line. I’m done….. I hired my own industrial mold inspector. 24 hr test positive for a mold know to cause the issues my 3rd child has been suffering from for months!! Waiting for complete mold analysis this week. Also hired a building inspector who found out that Tilleys and Clayton did not repair the moisture issues in the underbelly. Water is pouring out of the belly wrap. Insulation is wet. Sad thing is the ac man they told me would have said we had an issue was just here 2 weeks ago and said nothing. I had to hire my own people to tell me we had an issue because these people are dishonest. They know I have a nicu baby recovering from collapsed lungs that didn’t need this. This home is worthless and a danger now and will always have a mold problem because these people refused to address the issue

I purchased my home from Greg Tilley's New homes and Repos. I've tried calling and I'm getting no where with them!! Im tired and stressed out about it to the point where I don't even want to come in here! The owner doesn't care about your living conditions. All he care about is taking ppl money and patching things up instead of correcting their crews mistakes. My duct work is trash and blowing on the ground underneath my house. I've paid hundreds out of pocket on my ac/heating unit trying to cool off my house, which is not the problem!!! Finally got someone to go underneath and they found ducts not connected and air is just blowing underneath my home. They refused to fix it because they stated that it was trailer place responsibility because it wasn't done right to begin with. Contacted them(Greg's) and they stated that because my "30 day warranty" was up there's nothing else they can do. I'm just really at a loss for words and stressed out about how they just took my money and left me having to repair it myself and not trying to contact me back because the "30 day warranty" is up!!! Don't do business with them. I wouldn't recommend nobody buying a dog house from them!

Ms. Bridges purchased her home at our Repos-New Homes Location on Mansfield Rd.
Her home was Delivered and Set on April 20th of 2021. Normal Warranty for a pre-owned home purchased with our company is a 30-day on Electrical & Plumbing components only. Her warranty was to expire on May 20th. We installed her a/c unit on May 13th 2021 so we would've extended her 30-day warranty out to June 13th 2021. Ms. Bridges did report that the home was not cooling properly and our a/c contractor went out to address these issues. His findings were that the a/c vents were all blowing proper CFM's and the Temperature split was over 20 degrees at each vent. I personally went out to her home with additional service crews on September 23rd, 2021 to inspect the home and address anything that we could address for Ms. Bridges. Again, CFM's and temperature splits at that time were the same as stated above. Since that visit, we haven't heard back from Ms. Bridges until this past week, almost 11 months. We did tell her that her warranty period had expired. Once an issue is resolved under warranty, and almost a year goes by without any issues reported on that item, we feel like we have taken care of that issue properly during our warranty period. A lot can happen to the components in a years time such as animals that may pull duct work back down and we find it hard to be responsible for these type situations. We care very much about Ms. Bridges and all of our customers and we always strive to do what's right by them and their home. However we do have contractual warranty periods that at some point must be enforced.

To purchased a home at Tilley's Manufactured Home on Feb 1, 2020. The home squeaks all through the floors. The back door has a trip hazard glued by Tilley's repairman and is coming apart. The La Manufactured Housing Commission Fire Marshall was notified and they came out to inspect the complaints. I sent videos out to them before they agreed to come out. The inspector wrote up the findings. This was done May 6, 2021. Now the they say, I have to get a lawyer cause they can't make them fix it. But as soon as the inspector left on March 6, 2021 Greg Tilley's crew began sending people out to re level and install more vents on the sidings. After than they disappeared. The manufacturer Southern Homes sent the same guy who couldn't fix the gaps before the inspector came out and he went underneath the home and then they sent his son and his girlfriend out to fix what his dad could not fix and turn right around and sent the dad right back out to attempt the job again. I asked the dad why not just let the manufacturer Vickie know that it was a defect that could not be fixed and he stated they would only tell him you got a job. So these people knew that the gaps were beyond repair which causes these floors to squeak. They tried to fix them but was not able too. Their repairman even left a big hump in the floor and said it was fixed and I had to call them back out on that. Southern Homes which is the manufacturer of Clayton Homes is all tied up by a billionaire who preys on poor people or just people period. Notice all Clayton Homes are financed by 21st Mortgage and the CEO is the same billionaire that owns Clayton Homes. It's like a no win situation. But the customers are left to fix what should of never been broken upon the purchase of a so call brand new home. Clayton Home and Greg Tilley's Manufactured Homes are professionals at one blaming the other one. It's a game well thought out and planned as far as I am concerned.

We were very satisfied with Tim ******* in sales, but I am not sure I could be more dissatisfied with the service department. I purchased a double wide in November and installed the home on an elevated platform. Below I have listed the service appointments and responses by **** ******'s. Initial Factory Defect Punchlist was submitted on 12/14/20.
      - January 8: A technician came out to take pictures of factory defects and generated a parts list. (2 doorways were too small for the doors, missing screen, damaged drip edge, hole in siding, crooked wall in master bath, damaged door in master bath)
      - January 19: reported a roof leak to Service dept. Took 4 weeks to get a repairman to fix
      - March 5: Technician was scheduled to make initial repairs. Shows up at 2pm, looks around and advised that he wasn't made aware of all the necessary repairs and did not have the material or labor to complete and leaves after 20minutes.
-April 7: Advised **** ******'s that the kitchen window had developed condensate between the glass panes. They advised they would place one on order.
-April 14: Service technician was scheduled and corrected the door openings and siding issues, but advised he was not made aware of the damaged door, window screen or window to be replaced.
      - July 16: Service technician was scheduled to replace the damaged door, missing screen and replace damaged window. My home is 17' off the ground, so I called and verified everything was on go to make the final repairs and I rented (out of my own pocket) a man lift to provide a safe way for the tech to replace the window. He shows up at noon with the wrong door and we immediately notice the replacement window is damaged. After 10 minutes, he leaves and apologizes for wasting my money on the lift. He texts me two days later and advises they will not reimburse me for the lift and are turning my case over to the factory and will no longer be responsible for replacing my window.
-I have owned my home for 8 months now and still do not have the initial repairs made. I have left out all of the nonsense excuses this place gives you as the review is already very lengthy. Please be well advised and expect to be disappointed with the service department here.
