            I dropped my mower off for repairs on July 16. I was told it would be ready July 30. I called on July 30 and was told it was not ready. I called on Aug. 6 and was told the mower had not even be looked at to determine repairs needed. I was told that they would call on Saturday, Aug. 7 by 2 p.m. No one called that day or any day during the entire duration the mower was in their possession. I picked my mower up Aug. 9 to have it repaired elsewhere. When I picked it up, the employee was abusive, rude and unprofessional to me and my associate. I was in the commercial lawn business for 30 years and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and lack of service from any other sales or repair business. I would like an apology for the employee's rudeness and for not following up as promised.

            Purchased a new blower from commercial power equipment Shreveport, La and about close to a yr later blower will not crank took back to company and they told me bad gas motor gone and carb no good. Blower is still like new and they told me to scrap it and they wasn't gonna fix under warranty. Took it home and played with carb and blower runs like new again. Went back to store to talk to manager about how they misdiagnosed my blower and he got smart and said it will be ight and glad you fixed it. Wow bad business!
