I’ve been dealing with this credit union since March 2017. I purchased a car and paid for it early. I was late on 2 payments because I was off work for a year due to colon cancer and chemo. Still managed to pay it off earlier than expected. I’ve gotten holiday and personal loans as well through this credit union and every loan that I’ve ever gotten through them, I’ve paid it off early. I’ve recently run into a few hiccups (chemo again) so I messaged the credit through their app stating the things I’m going through and what I needed before doing an application because I didn’t want to risk my credit score dropping but no one ever messaged me back. So I just did the application and was denied. So I message them again stating what I had going on but NO ONE CARED! Flat out told me NO! Keep in mind, I’m letting them know how desperate I am for help right now because my car needs repairs, electric bill has gone up drastically and need to pay what I owe on my son’s tuition, again they told me NO on so many words. I do have a loan with them but I owe these people less than $600 and I’d had 2 separate loans there before and I stated that to them and again I’m being ignored. I’m a great paymaster, they’ve had no problems out of me and they ignore me and treat me like they’ve had to hound me for their money and they’ve NEVER had to do that! Out of the 4-5 times I’ve messaged them I’ve gotten 2 responses and they both were NO!
