Purchased my son a truck from them. We noticed issues with truck. On the second day, the salesman was notified about the noise made on the truck. After several runarounds between salesman, some woman, and someone who was supposed to be owner, they would not help resolve the issue. My husband took the truck back, as requested, for their mechanic to check out. The mechanic said he did not deal with transmissions, etc. My husband picked the truck up after they just sat it on the parking lot. He spoke to sales man who said take to a local mechanic. The mechanic, salesman and my husband spoke about the condition and that it may take 1500 to 3000 to fix the problem. They offered to pay $750. Mailed a check to my son for $750 with an affidavit stating that upon cashing the check, they would not be responsible for previous, present or future issues. WE DID NOT CASH THE CHECK. The transmission had to be rebuilt for a total of $3289.93. They also never sent the title work. They were paid in full over $25,000. I paid the down payment, my husband had the other financed and sent to him from our bank. This has caused undue stress on my son. It has absorbed all his cashflow and he had just graduated college and went to work. We want our money back for the repair or the entire truck. We need to be paid immediately so my son can get his tags.
