They acted like pure scum to me. I found a truck i wanted without question and they told me the only way i could get that truck was to put $6000 down. Which i finally talked myself into doing because i loved the truck. It was like a truck i owned several years back. So i finally told them that i would agree to the DP because i loved the EXACT truck i was being quoted on. So, i tell the saleslady "Nicole Haney" to be exact that im taking off early to come and put the 6k down on the truck i wanted. She said "ok, ill get them to take the truck back and clean it up before you come." (Important) So i agreed and told her i was on my way. (I have text messages of all of this btw). I took off of work early and when i met her she said that they sold the truck earlier (LIED). And then said but dont worry ive worked you up on another truck. (Without my consent). Then tasked me to go and see the other truck they had "worked up a deal for me" on. It was nowhere near what i agreed to and was a army brown color and the one i agreed to was dark blue. I immediately told her "hell no" and she replied "i know your situation and credit. We only got one bank to approve you." Im 51 years old and have purchased 10+ vehicles in my life. NEW. And i already had another one approved. I told her that i wasnt interested any longer and she told me to wait for her sales manager. He continued to tell me the same thing, that they "knew my credit and that id be lucky to get financed anywheres else" and that if i wanted the "DEAL" would be still good if i came back. Needless to say i went down the road and signed paperwork on my new truck. These people are sleezy and would try to even make you feel like you arent worth anyone elses time just to sell you a vehichle. I would not recommend them to anyone. And if they rebuk this review.....i have all of the emails and texts. CHEVYLAND YOUREE needs to not teach their salesmen nor "managers" this way!!! Ill never and my family wont either.
